Here in Dalstorp, we have a large, state-of-the-art machinery pool, which gives us the capacity to take on projects large and small on a subcontracting basis. We can help you with machining in our EDMs, 5-axis CNC milling machines or with 3D measurement in our measuring machines. The machinery pool also has hole drilling EDM machines, grinding machines and a micro blaster.

Wire EDM for subcontract machining in small and large batches
In our state-of-the-art machinery pool, there are four EDM machines, of which the largest working area is 800x600x320 mm. At Lidhs, we have three employees who specialise in EDM and who use it to produce advanced tool parts and components every day – components that are then assembled to become forming tools for production in the manufacturing industry.
CNC milling subcontracting
Lidhs Tooling’s machinery pool contains six milling machines with a working area of up to 3,200 x 2,100 x 920 mm. These machines allow us to mill the components of a tool and help other industrial companies in Sweden with subcontracting.
Post-processing
We offer post-processing in our machines for grinding and turning of parts and components.
Quality & control
We check the quality of our tools at several stages. During the manufacturing of the tool, its design is simulated several times to obtain information and results on how the solution will work. Using that information, the design of the tool is tweaked until the simulation produces an acceptable result.
